  Our organization stores extremely valuable materials at ultra-low temperatures. Because of these storage conditions, we require reliable back-up power. We have worked with Bigelow Electric - BIGPOWER for 20 years. From sales to service, BIGPOWER has provided expertise and unwavering support.

We recently had a problem with our generator. The great staff at BIGPOWER located the necessary part that day, had it special delivered and installed the next business day. Because our generator was out of commission over a weekend, BIGPOWER worked with us to locate a vendor who could provide a portable generator, and detailed the necessary specs for the unit and required connections. Through this episode we were contacted by several BIGPOWER staff members from the front office, service management and technicians, as well as ownership, to make sure our needs were met.
